Job description.
- Direct Sales: Presenting and selling products to customers, often from a van or vehicle.
- Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
- Route Management: Planning and executing daily routes to visit customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Order Taking and Delivery: Processing orders, delivering products, and collecting payments.
- Stock Management: Ensuring sufficient stock levels in the van and replenishing stock as needed.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of the products and services being offered.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close sales transactions.
