1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for products that are:
  • Delivered in error (wrong item or wrong quantity)
  • Defective, damaged, or expired at the point of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging and unused.

2. Return Timeframe

• All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible, except under special circumstances reviewed by our team.

3. Return Process

• Notify our customer support via phone or email, providing:
  • Order reference number
  • Product(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (where applicable)
• Our team will verify and coordinate the pickup or return instructions.
• Approved returns will be exchanged, replaced, or refunded based on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
• Perishable goods not reported within 24 hours
• Items purchased during promotional clearance unless damaged or incorrect

5. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days of return confirmation.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for verifying their order upon delivery.
• For returns caused by customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered), a restocking or handling fee may apply.
